which pipe is the outflow? - 760 gle P/S pump 700

I am planning to replace the fluid in my powere steering. viewed from the top there are two pipes, one is a rubber pipe clamped close to the pump. the other is clamped to a metal pipe that extends from the p/s pump.

Which of these 2 is the return pipe?
