Wallowed-out bolt-hole in intake manifold 200 1990

I took the injectors out to look at them (just curious) and found a horrifying sight. The rearmost hole that the fuel injector rail bolts to is about twice as wide as it is supposed to be. It looks like the bolt was holding on to half the threads - the other side othe the hole is gone! I have no idea how it could have happened. I have never removed the rail before, although a mechanic has.

It can't be good to have the fuel rail possibly rattling around back there, even if it is secured by the other two bolts.

Do I have to get a new intake manifold (is that what it is?) or can I repair the hole somehow?
