Trans kickdown cable loose all of a sudden 200

Driving the 245 normally today - all of a sudden I notice a change in the gas pedal pressure. It looks like the trans kickdown cable has pulled out about 1/4-1/2 an inch. Tran is shifting funny - there is still a a little bit of play on the trans cable.

Looking for advice on how to proceed.
