rear fuel pump 200 1992

Im assuming the humming/whistling coming from the back of my car near the trunk is the fuel pump. My 'olde girl' keeps stalling out. How difficult is it to replace and how much for the pump itself? Anyone know how much a dealer will charge to repair?
