Let's say I was going up the freeway in a 122 with a newly rebuild B20 engine with a functioning vacuum advance and a SP Isky cam. How fast would I be going at 5000 RPM? I know I depends on tire size somewhat. OK, let's say the tires were somewhat oversized.
