740 Won't Start 700 1990

Hi all. I'm having trouble starting my 740 wagon and would like some help. The engine cranks fine but it seems that I'm not getting any fuel. I've heard that it is common for the fuel sending relay to go bad so I was going to check it, but the location isn't shown in my Haynes manual. Apperently it's not under the dash by the fuses, but somewhere under the hood. Can anybody please point me in the right location?
