My car has slow battery discharge. I have had the alternator checked twice, I have a new battery, I have cleaned all my terminals and grounds under the hood, but I still only get 11.6 volts at the battery when running at 2000rpm's. The one thing I notice is my orange overdrive arrow is lit when I first start it up, I press the overdrive button on my shifter, and it goes out. Would this have anything to do with the discharging problem. If you could help, I would appreciate it.
