What would be a reasonable $ for a Canadian B23 with a 405 head and 2500kms... 200

I have the opportunity to purchase a 91 940's B230 Turbo, but I have just rebuilt a 84 B23 with a 405 head, K Cam and would need to sell it to make back a couple of dollars...This motor only has 2500kms on it. It was torn completely appart and rebuilt with new rings, seals, painted block, machined head and a bunch more I would list, but that's for the classifieds...I have never sold such a piece, and would love to hear the Brickboarders thoughts on $$ this?

Honesty always seems to rule this board, so I thought it a great place to start.
