noisy front suspension 900 1995

I get a 'clunk' noise from the right front suspension area upon deceleration, whether from coasting or braking. Also, the car drifts to the right on the expressway. 135k miles, bought the car in Feb 2005. So, I expect some front suspension components need replacement. What typically needs replacement around 130k miles? Ball joints? tie rod links? anti-roll bar links? What about the top of the macstruts?

Should I replace everything as a PM measure?

Can I pop these links off with the usual extractors, or will I need special Volvo tools?
