Converting my '91 244 to a turbo? 200

I saw a 1990 244 on ebay once that had the engine converted to a turbo. I was wondering if it would be feasible to do such a thing, or would it mean that I would also have to drop a different transmission into my '91 to compensate for the turboed engine? Also, if turboing my 91's engine isn't possible, what would I have to do to my '91 to drop my '84's B230 engine into my '91? Thanks guys.
