struts...are mine bad from this description? 200 1986

hey all, i've got an interesting vibration through my steering wheel that just appeared. i have new ball joints tie rod ends rotors and pads and an alignment so i know that those arent the problem.. could it be my struts? i can't really see if i've got any wheel bounce at highway speed..any way to tell??
