I'm looking for a yes or no(with explanation) on the following question:
If I line up all the marks on the crank, intermediate shaft, and camshaft with their corresponding marks, will the car be at TDC? I've heard that I could be off 180 degrees or something (meaning one of the shafts' marks align twice per revolution?) is that correct, or can I trust these marks? I'm just trying to get this real clear before I do my headgasket (I don't have the plastic timing belt cover that alot of people use) thank you
