Attaching Window Felt to Door Panel 1800

I recently purchased a window kit and have installed the window guide felt and have been trying to determine a way to attache the felt track that originally was wired to the rubber at the top of the door panel.

Any ideas out there that can point me in the right direction? Thanks.
