Recently I had a very real experience with my drivers side seat belt. I had just returned from work and my seat belt release would not RELEASE. I was lucky enough to attract my families attention and I cut the belt to free myself. My Volvo mechanic said my problem might be covered by Volvo if my car was less than 10 years old. But a friend at work said that Mecedes and Honda cover safty issues for life. I know I could go the Volvo dealer but I thought I'd start with this groups knowledgebase. You've always come through in the past.
