Quick question on front bumper removal

Had a small accident in my 760 - pushed the bumper in on one side.

Can I remove the bolts that hold the collapsable shocks/plungers (heck, I don't know what they are called) on each side and pull the complete bumper assembly off? It looks to be so - but I just wanted to make sure.
