price estimate for these repairs 700 1991

I have a 740 91' which needs a few things. It needs a RF strut,front cone bushings, and also a fuel filter. I plan to buy the parts myself and have a shop to install the strut and the bushings.

How much the shop should charge? I dont want to be ripped off, as one Volvo guy gave me an estimate of roughly $300 for the strut replacement, $100 for the fuel filter, and i dont know about the bushings though.

How much did you guys spent on these repairs? oh, how about if i want to replace the RPM sensor too? The thing is a bit hard to reach.
