AC line condensation-'92 240 134A 200

Tracked down source of water on passenger compartment carpet to condensation on refridgerant line. At first thought might have slow leak (and excessive cooling) in converted system connections, but system only down slightly in past year. Discovered that heating system return line that runs only a couple of inches from refridgerant tube was hot (130+ degrees) thus holding more water in surrounding air and resulting in much greater condensation. Have question before I tear into dash. Since the AC system seems to cool OK, which I thought would be compromised with hot water in heating system, where will I most likely find the source of problem? Shutoff adjust cable? Heater valve itself? Other?
Thanks.
