Need to replace the leaky radiator on my 95 940 turbo. Have only 84,000 miles on the car. Was going to replace all my hoses when I replace the radiator but they pass the feel and look test. So how long do OE hoses last? Should I replace? Are the OE much better quality than aftermarket, which are half the price? Shall I put a new "green" cap on the expansion tank or use a black cap to lower system pressure (don't know if this would result in lowering the boiling point which could lead to overheating)? What is the recommended time interval for replacing the expansion tank? Sorry, lots of questions. Appreciate any advice.
