Are strut mount plates compatible with Both upper braces? 200

Just wondering if the reinforcement (GT) upper strut mount plates leave enough room to mount both the strut-to-firewall and the strut-to-strut upper chassis braces? The reason I ask is because I snapped the rearward strut mount shank that pokes up through one of the three holes on the driver's side that the 12mm nut goes onto, so I figure I might as well upgrade instead of just replace. Might be a good thing though because my full array of new strut braces for my 244 would benefit from new strut mounts that I neglected to replace a year ago when I installed the Bilstein Touring Class struts! Whew! Is SKF a good brand for the upper strut mounts?

Also: This brick is my sole form of transportation is the rear ward strut shank thing missing its nut going to KILL me? About 1mm of the broken off shank sticks up through the whole and I won't be going over 45mph. What do you guys think? I'd hate to shelf my Volvo waiting for strut mounts.
