Vibration/Shudder when tranny shifts at WOT 945T

When I floor the accelerator/WOT, the tranny has a strange vibration when it shifts from 1st to 2nd.

The vibration is felt when it shifts into 2nd gear. If I keep my foot to the floor, it will rev to like 5500 rpm and when it shifts into 3rd, there is that vibrations again. Vibration is felt after tranny has shifted into next gear.

Other than the vibration/shudder, tranny shifts fine. Any idea what it might be. Read that rear suspension sagging might cause misalignment of propeller shaft but if that is so, I should feel vibrations at the upper rpm even before change of gear.
