E-code adjusters 200 1990

Does anyone know where one can purchase the small, white, plastic fittings that suspend the reflector on the adjuster bolts for E-code headlights? Mine are old, dry, cracked or broken. These small, white units have a conical receiver on one end that snaps over the ball on the adjuster bolts. The front end is fitted with three tabs that twist into the reflector bucket behind the lens.

Any help will be appreciated!
