Hydraulic clutch parts: where can I find them? 700

Two of my 700s have hydraulic clutches that need servicing. Volvo doesn't carry parts for them, and the replacement costs are rather steep. (No surprise there.)

Where can I find parts to repair them? I need the clutch master cylinder's rubber boot at the very least.

Alternatively, has anybody found an alternate source for compatible hydraulic clutch master/slave?
