Shaking up front 700 1989

I am getting a speed dependent oscillation from the driver side front of my 740 (1989) Seems to be present through entire speed range. I can even feel it a little in the steering wheel. Don't know if it is just wheel balance or maybe bearings? How can I tell the difference myself? If bearings is it a difficult fix?

Thanks for any advice.
