1989 240 LH2.4 Electronic issues...help me please!!! 200

Hello all,

question for yas!

At idle if i blip throttle from the TB in the engine compartment it kind of lags a bit then revs up...and if i barely have my foot on the gas (say while cruising on the highway using light throttle input to keep momentum going) it wants to buck a bit. I have changed the crank sensor, AMM, ECU-- both of mine were 951's, IAC, thermo sensor.....i have not done tps, as it read fine with WOT and closed positions...and i could hear fuel pumps so i never messed with that. I do not know where to go, I have been messing with this problem for freaking months...but not solid troubleshooting as I havent driven it daily in about 6 months....I checked my vacuum level yesterday, it was reading solid 18-19 area on the gauge. i have a 398 head with a T cam...brand new. Is this vacuum ok for my reading or too low?

Now my parents need the old girl and I have to finish it soon lol...Going to Germany so i cant play Volvo storage facility anymore....

Thanks so much,

Robert
