Tranny flush _very_ easy 200 1988

Thanks for the advice I got about the transmission flush (and staying well away from Jiffy Lube). You guys were right; there's nothing to it. It isn't shifting any differently (didn't have a problem; just maintenance time), but geez, that muck couldn't have been doing the transmission any good! A dollar for a length of nylon tubing that fit tightly over the fitting on the radiator, and I splurged on a funnel with a long, flexible end (I think it was FOUR dollars) and three gallon jugs of ATF (bought four, but got nice clean output before I cracked the fourth). And I got to use my flare wrenches, which may be the least-used tools I have.
