odd piece needed for '87 740.I have been trying to rescue this 740 wagon.Found it in the junkyard.The yardmen said that it ran and drove in.The owner told them it smelled because last year they left on vacation, leaving the sunroof open to a week of rain.It did smell, and it actually had mold growing here and there.Well I've cleaned, shampooed, scrubbed and fabreezed it.Even left it wide open on some days with great weather.Finally stripped out the interior this weekend.( Found over three dollars in change!)After pulling out the carpets, I went for the wet padding.These things must have held 20lbs of water in them!
Is anyone out there stripping down /out a 740?If you have a pair of these pads in a dry, usable condition, I have a home for them!If you can help, please contact me at my yahoo address. It's trikeindian. I will appreciate it and another Volvo lives to ride again!
