Fuel pump not running...did the following tests --anyone have any advice?

Hey all-

Fuel pump not running. I have a regina system on my 740 Turbo. Power at the number 1 always hot fuse. Switched relays with a good one out of my running 740 non-turbo. No dice. I noticed that on my 740 no turbo power comes on when ignition key goes to run on the number 11 fuse for the in-tank pump. IT DOES NOT on the 740 Turbo. Does this give anyone an idea? Are there anyother tests I can run to determine problem.
