Sway bar link to lower control arm 200 bolt 200 1990

Ive ordered IPD sway bars, and end links, I was going to replace the bolts, holding the end link to the lower arm. Are these just M10 grade 8 high strength bolts? No special shoulder? Any place special to order from other than the dealer, I was going to just go to McMaster Carr. The local dealer wanted $6 for a bolt and nut
