I purchased a set of Virgo rims for my 740GL from a local junkyard for only $200.00, but 2 center caps were missing. I purchased a set of what appears to be almost new center caps on eBay for $36.00, eBay item #8004220096 if anyone cares to look. The rims are in need of a good cleaning and painting? I have had a local shop offer to paint my rims for $150.00 and want to know if that is the way to go or if there is another way to make them look close to 'new'. I have seen wheel paint in spray cans at the local parts store. Is $150 a good deal, should I shop around more, or can I do it with soap water and the can spray paint? Thanks to anyone who responds!
