B27 bad idle after 30sec running 200

Hi,

I'm working on a B27E with a idle problem.
After start it runs fine, until about 30 seconds, the it starts to run rough.
I adjusted the valves, hoping it would solve the problem. I also slightly pushed and pulled the K-jet-airmeter plate to see it would be a rich/lean problem. no results till now.
I noticed a heavy leaking exhaustgasket could this affect the idle?
Any other ideas?
