Any truth to these two advice? 200

Let the car idle for about 30 seconds after a long (hot) drive before shutting engine off. The reasoning behind this is so the coolant can circulate a bit more and cool the engine.

and

After a lot of braking, don't use the E-brakes or you might warp the rear rotors. I thought the E-brake is a completely different unit that locks the rear wheels when applied. Anyone not use their E-brake at all? I do it by default because my first car was a manual and I would always use the E-brake aftering parking my car. It's a must with a manual.
