How good are the Dunlop Graspic DS-2 snow tires on a 1-10 scale for wear, ice, and traction? 700

Does anyone know how well these tires handle? I live in the northeast section of the country. Tireack.com has these tires rated as very good and very affordable. 185/65/15.
