Now that I've got your attention............

I ordered a Dash-Cap dash cover for my '80 242 GT. My dash panel has the normal cracks. The one that arrived is just a bit too long along the front edge, and basically buckles up about an inch or so.

The manufacturer, Accu-Form Plastics, is in Hurricane, Utah. They tell me it's about 1.5 hours from Vegas. They're having trouble finding a sample dash to go out and take measurements from (we all know how rare our older 240's are getting !!!!).

If anybody in the area would be willing to let these people come see their brick and take a few measurements, please let me know ! They might even be willing to come down toward Vegas, and I would feel sure there would be a good number of them there.

I think 1980 through 1985 or 1986 is the same dash, and I think 2-door and 4-door are the same panels, but someone may prove me wrong ! Hopefully they can find out where the problem is with theirs, and get me one that fits.
