AirCon Switch Light 200

My aircon switch light bulb is inop. (92 240) I pulled the switch and the bulb was bad, I replaced it and it still is inop. The bulb has only one connector for the black wire, it is tapped from the hazard light switch bulb. There is no other wire/connector for the bulb like the other illuminated switches. Is this normal? I could not find another loose connector behind the center panel.
