Trying to find 'ipd245' person 200 1988

In the galleries, gallery 40 has a couple of shots of an orange 245. This car is a perfect example of what I want to try with my 240 wagon. My questions are:What kind of wheels are those? How much is the car lowered? Thanks in advance if anyone can help!
