Rebuilding a b21ft outta three engines ? 700

I have a 385k b21ft that is going to get rebuild. As well I have basically all engine parts to go w/ a b230ft+brand new rebuild on a A.I.R tech turbo . On top off that i also have a b21a all engine parts ...head has been planned .0080 .

any opinions, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
