Dropping splash pan 900 1992

Hi All
In order to access one of the power steering nuts to loosen it from below i tried removing the splash pan but couldn't. There were 4 bolts to be removed 2 on each side. Is there any other bolts to remove to get the splash guard out ? Since I dont have a jack I have to crawl under the car and tug at it but it doesn't seem easy to do that way.
