I have an 89 760 w/a B230FT (turbo).

The reason I ask is the car is in the shop having a new timing belt, seals, and water pump installed. The tech called while I was out - twice, and said that he had to discuss a problem with the distributor.

What he has there is a used distributor put in at a local Volvo dealership about 4 months back. The old one had a wobbly shaft, causing many probs.

I hope I am wrong, and he is not chasing parts to solve this problem I posted earlier. http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/volvo-1013612.html.
