A couple of Questions: Won't start when warm, fuel pump relay location... 200 1990

Howdy,
I have a 1990 240DL wagon. I've been experiencing a few problems lately. After driving to work (approx. 15 miles), if I shut the car off, it won't immediately start. If I leave it for a while, it starts right up. Any thoughts?
Also, I bought an fuel pump relay and can't find the location so I can swap it out.
Lastly, the rear wiper crapped out on me, the front works fine. Is this a relay issue? None of the fuses were blown.
