Starter from parts car - worth it? 200

Another question on my 90's 240 parts car. It's had a new starter installed a few years ago, that worked fine when I parked the car. The one on my daily driver is possibly going (noisy), and I'd like to replace it before winter. I had a look underneath the daily driver and the sucker looks like a B*TCH to remove (the upper bolt). I've read threads that talked about using LOOONNNG extensions and elbow grease, or dropping the tranny crossmember to get that top bolt out. If not too onerous, I'd like to get the good starter off the parts car, and take the daily driver in a shop to have it replaced (saving money from a rebuilt - I don't think I could stomach extracting 2 of the suckers in my driveway!). Not sure it's worth the bloody (and cold!) knuckles (Fall is in the air up in the Northeast). Thoughts?
