is there a M47 for a turbo and an M47 non-turbo gearbox?

i am the proud owner of a 1988 740turbo with a M46 gearbox, i have a M47 that i salvaged from a 240 non-turbo. it looks like i need to lengthen my M46 prop shaft to suit the M47 and possibly shorten the gear lever cradle, but other than that does anyone know if the non-turbo thing is an issue?
