Turbo swap 200 1990

I recently eyed a 1990s-ish 945 turbo at the junkyard and started wondering what it would take to plug the motor into my 245 w/M47 trans. If I were to do this, I would tear it down completely and rebuild as needed (it's in the JUNKYARD), and I would get the ECU and harness. My specific questions are:
Will my current radiator, flywheel/clutch/trans work?
What about alternators, ac, ps accessories?
Would stock 240 turbo replacement exhaust components work?
Anything else?

Any help is appreciated...
