I tried to sell my 88 240GL over the summer, it was my first car. never really got to that. It has bad gas in it and runs intermittently. Like a week or so when you change the fuel filter. Will run about 2 min. on a cold start, with clogged filter. The body on it is really nice, leather in ok condition. the tranny has the overdrive problem. the car has an estimated 230k miles, the odometer is broken. the reson for selling.....

Im 18, i got this car about a month before i turned 17. I drove it for about a year and a half. Over the summer, I'm not sure where or how, but i got really bad gas in it. I know it needs a new tank or bladder. maybe you can cleanse it, i dont know. Anyway, I took the opportunity to get a 1990 Acura Integra. I love it, I know you guys hate that, but yes Im sold on hondas. Im planning on getting another one, but my parents wont let me until I sell this volvo.

Anyway, this is good for you. I am willing to sell it really cheap, or trade for a good turbo. t3 garett and 5-bolt manifold, available on some volvos (hint, hint). It needs to be in good working condition. or a 14db turbo off a mitsubishi. or maybe some other turbo you have lying around. Someone did me the favor of selling this car next to nothing, so im returning it. Anyway, would make a beautiful restoration. no major dents in body(one small ding when you catch it in the light on the door, if im not mistaken.) its a creme white color.
