Wiper on headlight won't park correctly, what's involved to fix? S90-V90 1997

Just noticed it last week. The left one stops at 2 0'clock while the right one stops on the rests at 9 0'clock, like it's supposed to.

Looked inside for the motor, saw lots of thing but not a motor. Is it a job to get at from the bottom side? Is it likely an electrical problem?

Anybody have a similar problem?

Any advice appreciated, as always.
