Help! Lighting ghosts?

Hello all, more Volvo woes...

Started my 93 940 tonight and when I put the lights on, no dash lights come on, but the left turn, fog light indic glow 1/2 brightness. The gas gage doesn't work.

Exterior lights seem to be ok, and the car runs and goes ok.

I saw the same thing happen when my fan belt broke before, but it does not seem to be the same thing this time.

Bad voltage reg/ relay? Any ideas?

Does anyone have a decent wiring diagram of the dashboard etc that can be emailed to me?
