Rear of Wagon Sag. 200

On the '89 wagon it seems that the rear of the car is lower than it should be. It handles OK, which is the main thing, but the top of the wheel cut out on the side of the car is lower than the top of the wheel. Is that normal? If not, would this apply to a 245? I got it from the Brickboard FAQ.
