'89 740 w/Fuel hose leak 700 1989

I have a leak in the fuel hose going into the engine. Where can I find a hose to replace it? Is this something I can replace myself? Is there anything I need to be aware of? I know it is the hose leaking because I can see the fuel coming out of the hose when the car is idling.
