Bricksters,

I'm probably asking a stupid/obvious quesiton here, but how the heck do you get the rocker panel molding off?

I've read here how to put it back on, but I haven't found an article telling you how to take it off.

I want to take it off so as to attack some rust that has started attacking my car there.

Any and all help here would be greatly appreciated.
