no start 900 1991

HI, I have a non start problem with my 91 940 turbo. It will turn over fine and am getting spark. Next i took fuel line off and hit starter. It will give one burst of fuel for maybe 2 seconds then nothing. I have pulled fuse#1 and volts are fine. Fuse #11 will give a 12 read for a second or two, when the starer his turned on, of course thios corresponds to the short burst of gas. I would appreciate any comments regarding this problem. Thanks
