88 240 stalls at 1500RPM on first acceleration 200 1988

Ok, here's one that I haven't seen in any of the FAQs or posts. I bought an '88 244 about ayear ago, knowing that it hadn't received the best care over its lifetime.

Anyway, about 6 months ago, we started to experience the car would stall and restart when passing through 1500rpm, but only on the first acceleration after starting. Its consistent, and always at 1500rpm. the engine restarts immediately.

We've cleaned the TB, replaced the TBS, cleaned the ACV. what's left?
